It’s cold outside.

So crank up the heat inside.

And make things.

Like this little guy.

For a tree I’ll have soon.

(I hope)

No, I will.

And if you do have to go outside?

Then grab some hot chocolate.

With whipped cream.

Of course.

And try not to get lost on the subway.

(again)

But if you do, then make the best of it.

Always always always.

That’s what life is, anyway.

Making the best of every little moment we’re given.

With all the raw materials we’re given to do it with.

Well, that little guy is just BEYOND cute 🙂 He(She?) has stripey wings….I hope you didn’t sacrifice my favorite striped Jumper just for dem li’l wings! What’s funny is…I DID crank up the heat yesterday. I played hooky so I could be a grand ole Uncle and made some stuff with my niece. All videos and pictures though, nothing physical. It was all fun and stuff, but only when I revisited all we did this morning, did I realize how hilarious we both were. And I don’t toot my own horn often(Maybe I gotta work on that) I mean, I was crying and could hardly breathe, it was so silly. I would share, but I’m not so sure her Mom would want videos of Maddy flyin around the internet. Just to give you an idea, There’s footage of ME singing Alicia Keys, “This Frog Is On Fire” Yes, Frog! and a second verse by Maddy, “This Butt Is On Fire”…kids*rolls eyes* Too silly! I look forward to seeing more of your hand made decorations, and can’t wait to see your tree!

Oh, and Starbucks Hot Chocolate is to die for. I got a Caramel Crunch something or other last time, and almost went back for 5 more!

Cute owl. He looks right at home there on your piano, although I’m sure he can’t wait for a tree.

It was seventy degrees here today. 🙂 And a really pretty bank teller gave me a root beer Dum-Dum. It was a good day. I hope your day was good as well.
